MTA NYCT is offering for auction a 2014 AM GENERAL MV-1 Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle The MV-1 is the only purpose-built wheelchair accessible vehicle available on the market. MV-1 offers a solution to wheelchair users: a purpose-built vehicle with a low wheelchair ramp angle, ample floor space in which to maneuver and the option for a wheelchair-bound individual to ride in the passenger seat. Condition: Vehicle was used for livery service and was maintained/inspected every 6 months prior to retirement. This vehicle has low mileage! Important Notice: THIS VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE KEYS AND MUST BE TOWED. Steering wheels are locked, but the vehicle can be placed into neutral. Vehicle must be towed. Front wheel-lift truck, wheel skates or dollies recommended. Current running condition is unknown, but vehicle ran when parked. May have a dead battery or other unknown issues, such as dents, electrical problems scratches and dings as well as glue from removed markings - please review photos.
