Please note: Bidders are solely responsible for the safe removal of items from City property. City staff will not be available to assist with loading or transportation. PAYMENTS Payments are conducted through Public Surplus. The City of Scottsdale cannot receive payments for auction items locally. Please pay for your auction before traveling to the City s warehouse. Payment and pick up must occur within seven (7) calendar days after notification of award. Failure to comply may result in being blocked from all future auctions. PICKUP Items must be picked up locally by the auction winner or an authorized third party. Person picking up must be 18 years or older.
