PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2014 Ford Explorer 4WD Police Interceptor SUV. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. We noticed during processing that there is a brake system fault, and the parking brake light is stuck on. No issues were noticed with the brakes during processing. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, scuffing, minor denting, and paint damage. The interior has no center console, worn seats/fabric, tearing, stains, scratching, debris, dirt/dust build up. Reverse camera is installed and working. Back seats are able to fold for more space. There is a metal partition behind the back seats. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
