PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2015 Ford Explorer AWD Police Interceptor SUV. This vehicle was started with a jump and driven briefly during processing. Noticed while starting the vehicle that the ignition switch is hard to turn and feels a bit loose. The dash would flash warning and maintenance lights for a second after starting, but did not continue. We also noticed an engine ticking. No engine light was on at the time of processing. Engine hours are 14871 and 10150 idle hours. The exterior shows some denting, most notably on the right side door, missing A pillar, cracked windshield, scratching, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has worn seats, tears, scratching, stains, mold, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Rear seats are prisoner transport seats. Reverse camera is installed and working. A/C works and blows cold air. Inside the cargo area is a metal drawer. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
