OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Known Issues, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2015 Ford Explorer AWD Police Interceptor SUV. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. We noticed during processing that the climate controls do not operate, and is stuck blowing hot air at almost full blast. Attempts to change or turn off the air was unsuccessful. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, minor denting, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has no center console, worn seats, tearing, stains, debris, scratching, and dirt/dust build up. Rear seats are not installed. Rear passenger door panels are removed. Reverse camera is installed and working. Underneath the hood on the relay box, is written "pull fuel relay to kill engine, vehicle may start on its own without key in ignition" This was not necessary since the vehicle has been in our location. There was no self starts and pulling the keys out of ignition was enough to kill the engine. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
