(Includes pictured spare parts; fit unconfirmed). DESCRIPTION: Agency reports without other detail, "Vehicle has mechanical problems." Doesn't start with ignition switch (requires relay bypass with jump wire from engine bay). Runs rough. Idles rough. Tow away for diagnosis/repair suggested. Check Engine light flashing.
