OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Major Issues, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2015 Ford Taurus AWD Police Interceptor Sedan. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Engine hours are 7955 and 5022 idle hours. The vehicles exterior shows fair signs of wear and tear like scratching, minor dents, scuffing, and paint damage. Written on the windshield by the owning agency is "trunk may leak". We didn't see any leaking during processing or any damage/reason to why it might leak. The interior has no center console, no rear seats, worn seats/fabric, tearing, stains, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Rear seats are not installed and will not be included in sale. Reverse camera is installed and working. A/C works and blows cold air. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
