Vehicle starts and runs. Air conditioning is functioning at the time of inspection. Unit is equipped with hydraulic attachments, including lifting forks. Hydraulic system operates; however, hydraulics have not been tested under load and lifting capacity/operation with weight is unknown. Cargo bed raises and lowers using the hydraulic system. Bed operation has not been tested with any load in the bed.
