OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Bad Transmission, No Reverse" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2015 Toro Groundsmaster 4000-D Rotary Mower. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that the mower has a bad transmission and does not go in reverse. We can confirm that the mower has a bad transmission, but was able to go in reverse during processing. The mower drives rough, and no active leaking was seen at the time. The overall condition of this mower is used with signs of wear and tear like structural cosmetic damage to the rear engine hood, scratching, surface rust, denting, scuffing, paint damage, and worn material. front center deck was able to be lifted up and down, as well as the folding side wing decks able to fold up and down without issue. Blades underneath both show rusting. Should be able to drive onto a trailer. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
