2015 Toyota Sienna SPORTS VAN 3.5L V6 EFI DOHC 24V Used by Planning & Zoning department for minimal travel around the Town of Juno Beach. Rear driver's side passenger door has some mechanical issues. The self-close feature doesn't work, and the door occasionally gets stuck when closing manually. Tires are in need of replacement. There was a previous rodent issue in the engine bay that Toyota addressed. The issue reoccurred in recent months, however no rodents have been found. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS. You may inspect items prior to placing a bid. ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS", NO WARRANTY! NOTICE TO BUYERS OF AUCTION VEHICLES!! READ STEPS TO COMPLETE IN ITS ENTIRETY! If you are the winning bid, there are several steps that are required before you take possession of your new vehicle. If you follow these steps carefully, you will save yourself time and avoid complications. STEPS TO COMPLETE: 1. You will be given the original Certificate of Title for your new vehicle, signed over by an authorized representative of the seller. You must take this to a Florida Tax Collector’s office or other motor vehicle processing department within two business days to transfer the title into your own name. Be certain that you take along your original bill of sale that you received upon paying for your vehicle after the auction. It will serve as proof that you are the rightful owner and that you have paid all required sales taxes on the purchase. 2. At the same time that you transfer title, you will also register your new vehicle so that you have a valid license plate to attach to the vehicle before you take it onto any public street. 3. Bring your new Certificate of Title and license plate back to the Town of Juno Beach during business hours within three business days after receiving the original Certificate of Title. We will give you the keys and turn the vehicle over to you. 4. Bring the bill of sale when you return to pick up your vehicle. Your bill of sale must be presented to the Town representative before your vehicle can be removed from the Town property. There are also several important reminders that you should not overlook. REMINDERS: 1. Under auction law and the rules of bidding with the Town of Juno Beach, ownership of your vehicle transferred to you the moment you won the auction. If you have not already done so, contact your insurance agent immediately to get appropriate coverage for your new vehicle. Take this obligation seriously. You are now responsible for any loss that occurs to your new vehicle, or which is caused by it, while it remains on Town property. The Town’s insurance no longer covers this vehicle. 2. Unless you have made other arrangements in advance with a Town representative, you must return to the Town within three business days after close of the auction to claim possession.
