Under no circumstances may a successful bidder use, operate, transfer, sell, or covey titled equipment until the title is transferred from the City to the successful bidder and the bidder obtains a title in its own name. Pickups for this auction purchased items will occur at 3150 Lewis St Phila Pa between the hours of 8am and 2pm on the following days: 1. Friday August 28th 2. Saturday August 29th 3. Wednesday September 2nd 4. Thursday September 3rd Please Note: Arrive with plenty of time to load as auction lot personnel can refuse pickup if the removal time will end up being past 2pm. Any item that is designated as “Does not run” is not guaranteed to come with a key. Titles are processed and notarized and sent via UPS only after the equipment has been removed from the auction lot.
