Like all our vehicles, it is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No repairs allowed to be made on our lot. Seller will provide no assistance with removal -- come prepared to remove it off the lot yourself. Buyer will be issued a "Government Form SF97 Application for Title" which will allow bidder to apply for clear title in any state. Please call 24 hours ahead to set appointment for pickup. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, If the winning bidder is not able to pick up in person, a notarized POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.
