Market demand: Equipment in South Carolina sell about 86% of the time, typically ~25 bids. Based on 195 completed sales over the last year.
A 2016 John Deere 310 SL backhoe with 4L diesel, regularly maintained every 500 hours, but multiple lift-cylinder leaks, low front tires, worn bucket teeth, water-in-fuel fault code, torn seat, and missing cab light. Targets equipment dealers and contractor-fleet operations doing their own hydraulic repairs. Diagnose the water-in-fuel code and inspect fuel lines for contamination that could indicate tank corrosion or fuel-system failure.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
