Removal All assets must be removed within 10 business days of lot closing. Removal will be by appointment only 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Winning bidders should contact Brian Thom at 651-675-5321 a minimum of 24 hours prior to desired pick up to schedule an appointment for removal. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Winning bidder must be present when item is collected, provide identification, valid drivers license and valid insurance if the vehicle is to be driven. Title transfer is required before taking possession of the item and winning bidder is responsible for associated costs unless the winning bidder is a licensed motor vehicle dealer.
