You must go to 950 East Blackhawk Trail. Vehicle Removal Deadline: Buyers must remove auction item from the agency s premises within ten (10) business days of notification by Public Surplus that payment has been received. If item is not picked up after ten (10) business days and no attempt has been made to contact the seller, the items will be reposted for auction, and no refund will be issued. We understand that circumstances may arise that make timely pick-up difficult. If the buyer maintains communication with Scott County Secondary Roads and makes alternate arrangements (Monday Friday, excluding holidays, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.), limited leniency may be granted. The Notice of Award, payment receipt, and valid personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up. Payment Confirmation Required: Do not make arrangements to pick up the unit until you receive confirmation of payment from Public Surplus.
