Deficiencies noted but not limited to: The right apron is kinked, the battery is inoperable, there is engine noise, the transmission slips and the windshield is cracked. The owning federal agency also reports that this vehicle needs the following items repaired/replaced front bumper, grill, lamps, right door, right fender and tires. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required.
