Buyer should allow for a mileage variance of approximately 0–1,000 miles from the mileage shown in the listing. No guarantee is made that the mileage at pickup will exactly match the mileage displayed in the auction listing. FEES A $283 Prep / Documentation Fee will be collected at pickup in addition to the winning bid amount and any applicable taxes, title, registration, or other required fees. TEXAS BUYERS Texas buyers are required to comply with applicable Texas title, registration, and motor vehicle sales tax requirements. Where required by law, applicable taxes, title, registration, and other government fees must be collected by the selling dealer. Buyers claiming a valid tax exemption must provide all required and valid exemption/dealer documentation before completion of the transaction. TITLE DELIVERY The vehicle title will not be provided at the time of pickup. After the transaction is completed and all required payments and documentation have been received, the title will be mailed to the buyer/customer at the address on file. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for title processing and mailing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the mailing address on file is complete and accurate before completing the transaction. PICKUP REQUIREMENTS Appointment is required at least 24 hours in advance for vehicle pickup. Buyer must bring all required identification, payment documentation, and other applicable paperwork at the time of pickup. A Loadout Ticket / GovDeals Buyer Certificate must be presented at the time of pickup, if applicable. REMOVAL & STORAGE The vehicle must be removed within 10 business days from the auction closing date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the seller. Vehicles not picked up within the allowed time period may be subject to a $30 per day storage fee. Failure to remove the vehicle and/or pay applicable charges may result in additional action in accordance with the GovDeals auction terms. INSPECTION Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle before bidding.
