This 2017 Ford Explorer was previously utilized as a police patrol vehicle and has been removed from service as part of the department's normal fleet rotation. The vehicle starts and runs once jumped. The vehicle exhibits wear and tear consistent with its age, mileage, and previous use in law enforcement operations.
