OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "RUNS GOOD" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD SUV. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. The exterior of the vehicle shows fair signs of wear and tear like scratching, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has worn seats, stains, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Engine hours and idle hours were not able to be read through normal means. Reverse camera is installed and working. A/C works and blows cold air. Comes with 3rd row seating, and all seats are able to fold and stow for extra space. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
