Seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer assumes all risks of ownership, possession, transport, operation, repair, and resale, whether known or unknown Buyer releases, waives, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising before or after the sale.
