Surplusing Department: OFM - Waste Serivces 2018 Autocar Xpeditor Trash Truck 12L, 18-yard, DIESEL. Vehicle has a key. Does not start, even with a boost. A/C and Heat was not operational at the time of write‑up. Back end burnt up. Dash, fuel tank, and tire damaged. Back tires off the rims. Engine is missing parts/components. Hydraulic loader operating condition is unknown. Debris/trash appears to be in truck. Electrical system operating condition is unknown. Seats, headliner, steering wheel, dashboard, and flooring may be torn, stained, stagnant water, or damaged. Exterior may have scratches, dents, and/or rust. Paint may be chipping, peeling, or fading. Some panels may be loose or missing. There may be exposed wires or holes from removed equipment. Additional parts may be missing and/or damaged.
