2018 Chevrolet Tahoe Does Not Run Keys: Yes Inspections are permitted on any day the auction listing is live, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. However, you must make an appointment by contacting GovDeals Active employees of the City of New York cannot bid on NYC Fleet Vehicles or Equipment. “Runs and Drives” Limitation The designation “Runs and Drives” means that at the time of listing, the vehicle started and moved under its own power. There is no guarantee that a vehicle will be ready for immediate road use when picked up. Towing of purchased vehicles is recommended. The customer is fully and solely responsible for removing the vehicle in accordance with applicable traffic law.
