The Owning Federal Agency reports that this vehicle requires engine repairs; has a dead battery; there are mechanical problems; tires are worn or flat and need to be replaced; there is body damage including dents, rust and scratches; windows are cracked; needs replacement to valve cover gasket, front struts, tires and EVAP canister. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months.
