TO PREVENT UNINTENDED VEHICLE MOVEMENT, APPLY THE PARKING BRAKE WHENEVER YOU PARK YOUR VEHICLE. UNINTENDED VEHICLE MOVEMENT INCREASES THE RISK OF A CRASH OR INJURY. Open Manufacturer Recall Number 26S38 - (Remedy Not Yet Available) CENTER CONSOLE CHROME TRIM PEELING - OCCUPANTS MAY COME IN CONTACT WITH A SHARP EDGE OF PEELING CHROME PLATING, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY. Open Manufacturer Recall Number 26S34 - (Remedy Not Yet Available) FRONT SEATBELT RETRACTOR DATE CODE INSPECTION - Inadvertent deployment of the retractor pretensioner will result in the seatbelt being locked in position and will not retract or extend, which is noticeable to the occupant. A seatbelt that does not retract or extend may result in injury in the event of a crash. In some cases, inadvertent retractor pretensioner deployment can cause occupant injury due to rapid seatbelt retraction., but a remedy for these recalls do not appear to be available. Dealer is not authorized to perform the recall repair. Periodically contact the manufacturer or check the VIN on the NHTSA website at www.safercar.gov to determine whether a remedy for the recall is available.
