Deficiencies noted but not limited to: The battery is inoperable and there is rust on the rear bumper. The owning federal agency also reports that there are oil leaks, and the oil pump needs to be repaired/replaced. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted. No technician available to validate vehicle deficiencies or repairs required. THIS VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY NOT ROADWORTHY AND SHOULD BE TRAILERED/HAULED FROM PROPERTY LOCATION.
