2019 Ford E-450 Shuttle Bus (CNG) - VIN: 1FDFE4FS1KDC21612 VIN: 1FDFE4FS1KDC21612 Mileage: 130,602 Miles Fuel Type: Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Conversion Vehicle Description Up for auction is a 2019 Ford E-450 shuttle bus that was formerly used in fleet service. This vehicle has been modified to operate on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and is being sold as surplus equipment. At the time of retirement, the vehicle started, ran, and idled with no apparent issues. The air conditioning, radio, lighting systems, and front destination/banner sign appeared to function during a basic inspection. The bus body is generally in good condition with normal wear consistent with age and use. Some residue remains from removed Ohio State University decals. Surplus personnel have no information regarding the cause of the Check Engine Light. Passenger/bus compartment systems were not functioning at the time of inspection. Some features and equipment were removed when the vehicle was retired from service. Rear wheelchair lift has not been tested for functionality. Emergency exit equipment has not been tested. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle and review all attached maintenance records before bidding. Vehicle is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspection Recommended Due to the vehicle's age, mileage, modifications, and the noted issues above, interested bidders should conduct their own inspection and carefully review the attached maintenance reports to determine overall condition and any repairs that may be necessary. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pick up at bay 24). Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval. We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. No appointments will be accepted on the third Tuesday of each month, due to the public sale. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance.
