OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE :"Bad Engine" PROCESSING NOTES : Up or auction is a 2019 Ford F-350 SD XL 4WD Truck. This vehicle was not started or driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that the vehicle has a "bad engine" and written on the windshield is "dead engine" and "dead batt". We were able to get enough power to the vehicle to display the dash and interior dome lights on, but when turning the ignition there is a bunch of clicking and vehicle will not turn over. For these reasons bidders will need to be ready to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, scuffing, minor denting, and paint damage. Front end of the vehicle is equipped with a Iron Cross bumper, and WARN VR12 Winch. The interior has no center console, worn seats, tearing, stains, scratching, debris, residue, and dirt/dust build up. All service body doors are able to open and come with keys for locking. Inside the service bed is a remote control for the WARN winch. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
