Deficiencies noted but not limited to: The battery is inoperable, there is engine noise, the airbag warning light is on and the windshield is chipped. The owning federal agency also reports that the battery or starter will not stay on after starting up. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months. There may be other deficiencies not noted.
