This item needs to be jumped to start and will need a battery. The item does power on and drives but the department, that we are selling this for, says it needs some repairs. The item does show cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, some rust, dings, and grime. Please see pictures for more details. The dump bed needs to be pushed down to get it to go down. The plow moves but we couldn't get the sander to work. You are bidding on what you see in the pictures and nothing else will be included.
