A 2019 Kubota ZD1011-54 diesel zero-turn mower with 637 hours, 54-inch deck, hydraulic lift, regularly serviced but with a likely warped crankshaft causing output-shaft seal leaks. Landscapers and rental fleets buy these for refurbish; the recent $2,900 service and suspected harmonic-balancer warp suggest the internal engine wear is manageable. Run the mower for 10 minutes under load to confirm the seal still leaks and whether performance drops under sustained cutting.

2019 Kubota ZD1011-54 Diesel Zero-Turn Lawnmower. 54" Deck, 637 hours, Hydraulic deck lift. Serviced on a regular maintenance schedule. The mower runs and operates. We recommend you come inspect the mower in person to hear it run for yourself. Recent $2900 service to replace driveshaft knuckle, radiator, output shaft, charge pump , and case assembly. The shop recommended replacing the crankshaft on the mower due to warpage causing the output shaft seal to leak. We declined this service and have elected to sell the mower and replace it. We suspect that only the harmonic balancer is warped and not the crankshaft, but have not replaced it to see if that is the case. The mower is in fully functional running condition. See attached photo of invoice for details on the repairs performed and repair recommendations from the shop.
