Condition
From the seller's description. Not a guarantee of condition.
Market demand: Equipment in Missouri sell about 95% of the time, typically ~25 bids. Based on 227 completed sales over the last year.
A 2020 Caterpillar 262D3 skid steer with 3,559 hours, backup camera, hand bucket control, pattern changer, and bolt-on cutting edge in relatively low-hour condition. Equipment dealers and rental companies target these; they resell well if mechanically sound. Confirm that the auxiliary hydraulics hold pressure steady and the quick coupler functions without drift or lag, as these are high-wear items.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
