OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Rear End Damage, Runs & Drives" PROCESSING NOTES : Up or auction is a 2020 Ford Explorer 4WD Police Interceptor SUV. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. We noticed that during processing that the transmission feels like its jerking. Vehicle also has rear end damage, and rear window is missing. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like denting, scratching, scuffing, paint damage, and rear end damage. The interior has no center console, loose or missing parts, loose broken glass, worn seats, tearing, stains, debris, scratching, and dirt/dust build up. No rear seats are installed and none are provided on sale. Rear view camera is installed but is not working. Back hatch was not able to be opened. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure looks low and spare tire was not able to be seen. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
