This vehicle was not started or driven briefly during processing. Owning agency says accident totaled - the owning agency is using the term colloquially. The exterior of the vehicle shows front end damage, showing heavy denting, bent push bar, and dented hood. Some other damage seen is cracking on the windshield, and damage/missing tail lights. The interior has no driver seat, no rear seats, no center console, scratching, stains, debris, vehicle parts, mold, and dirt/dust build up. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust.
