Up for auction is a retired, patrol vehicle, black 2020 police interceptor SUV. The vehicle was recently inspected and passed State Inspection, however due to fuel system maintenance (probably fuel pump replacement) the vehicle would not pass emissions. Since the vehicle check engine light is on, and wont currently pass emission, the inspection station is unable to affix the safety sticker to the windshield.
