It runs and drives as it should. The interior has holes and marks throughout from police equipment being mounted and installed. The body has holes from police equipment and antennas. The Rear doors are inoperable from the backseat area but do function. This vehicle DOES NOT have a title. It does have a certificate of origin. *Winning bidder is responsible for all costs associated with title transfer and plates.
