No title!!! Colorado does NOT title street sweepers!!! No title of any kind will be transferred to the buyer!!! Buyer will receive a Bill of Sale only!!! Buyer will have to bond for a title if one is needed!!! Tow Away Only - Drag For Tow - Flat Bed Tow Truck/Trailer Only (Heavy Duty Tow Truck May Be Required) Dents, dings, scratches or scuffs are present. City decals may be removed. Impressions may remain. NOTE: This is a used piece of equipment. Unit may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold "As Is, Where Is". No Refunds. Removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No removal assistance of any kind will be furnished by the City and County of Denver. If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document.
