Condition
From the seller's description. Not a guarantee of condition.
Market demand: Equipment in Florida sell about 91% of the time, typically ~9 bids. Based on 726 completed sales over the last year.
A 2023 Caterpillar 239D3 tracked skid steer with 2,815 hours, backup camera, hand controls, and pattern changer, but the quick coupler pin is stuck. Equipment dealers and contractors buy tracked loaders for terrain versatility. Inspect the coupler pin closely; a seized pin may release with penetrating oil and tapping, or it might signal bent receptor arms or worn shear groove, which require coupler replacement.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
