Condition
From the seller's description. Not a guarantee of condition.
Market demand: Equipment in Texas sell about 90% of the time, typically ~14 bids. Based on 529 completed sales over the last year.
A 2023 Caterpillar 336 TC excavator with 3,855 hours, 302 HP, standard boom, 12-to-10-foot stick, and triple-grouser tracks. Demolition contractors and equipment dealers buy newer Cat excavators for job deployment and resale in emerging markets. Test the two-speed travel and confirm backup-camera function; electrical gremlins in late-model machines cost time to diagnose.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
