Market demand: Equipment in Texas sell about 90% of the time, typically ~15 bids. Based on 589 completed sales over the last year.
A 2024 Erie SCL850 compact utility loader with an 839 cc gas engine and hydrostatic drive, listed as unused with unknown operating condition. Landscapers and small contractors buy these loaders, so it suits a resell-as-is after testing. Confirm the engine starts and the hydrostatic drive and lift arms work, and check the weld-on cutting edge and the manual quick coupler, since the seller gives no operating details.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
