All of the seller’s property was acquired from the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division. Buyers are advised that the majority of the property offered for auction was, at some point in its life cycle, in the presence of narcotics and/or prohibited items. The seller recommends thoroughly sanitizing the vehicles prior to use. The seller makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability, cleanliness, or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Vehicles start with a boost. All vehicles could have some dents, dings, scratches, body damage, and/or missing parts. Paint colors could be faded and/or discolored. Interior upholstery could be faded, torn, or damaged. Vehicle history and/or maintenance records are not available to the seller. Auction vehicles are parked for extended periods, and their roadworthiness is unknown. Potential bidders are recommended to view, inspect, and research the auction vehicle's information before bidding. Inspections are by appointment only. The seller recommends that auction winners tow the vehicles to a certified mechanic before driving on roadways. The majority of auction vehicles are court-ordered forfeitures; therefore, the vehicles' title history/status is unknown to the seller. It is unknown if the vehicles or auction items were working at the time of seizure. Auction winners of vehicles WITHOUT a title will be presented with a copy of the TNDOS (Tennessee Department of Safety) forfeiture court order and a notarized bill of sale. Vehicles listed as (HAS TITLE) were titled/utilized by the seller in some capacity. It is suggested that all potential buyers check with their state's Department of Motor Vehicles before bidding to ensure a court order and bill of sale are sufficient for titling and registration purposes. The buyer is responsible for titling the vehicle in their residing county/state within 90 days of the close of the auction/bill of sale issuance. **GUARANTY WAIVER:** All property is offered for sale AS IS, WHERE IS. The seller makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability, cleanliness, or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days, as stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Items will be considered abandoned property, and payment will be forfeited if not picked up within 20 business days of the issued Buyer's Certificate. Upon the removal of property, all sales are final.
