It measures approximately 16 feet long, 8 feet wide, with 10-foot walls and an overall height of approximately 12 feet 6 inches at the roof peak. The tiny house features wood-frame construction, a finished roof, modern windows that provide abundant natural light, and a lockable entry door with two keys included. ***The structure is stationary, is not towable, and will require appropriate equipment for loading, removal, and transportation. *****The buyer is solely responsible for all loading, removal, and transportation costs and arrangements.
