This is a used and untested piece of property. Units may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold “As is where is”. Removal hours are from 8AM to 2PM, Monday thru Friday excluding State of Colorado Holidays. We will not pack, ship or box. Buyer must remove or coordinate these services. Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within (5) business days of close of auction.
