Overview This lot contains (3) Model Phoenix 1850 Knee CPM (Continuous Pass of Motion) Leg Exercisers. The units are in used condition and were purchased new in 2012. According to facility staff, the units were working 6 months ago and have not been used since then. Key Features Knee CPM (Continuous Pass of Motion) functionality for rehabilitation therapy. Units were purchased new in 2012. Last confirmed working status was 6 months ago according to facility staff. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The units have not been used since their last confirmed working status 6 months ago. Current operational status requires verification through inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Purchaser responsible for loading, removal and shipping. Inspection of property is highly recommended. Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection. In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failures to cite major missing parts and or restrictions with regards to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection. The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to christopher.n.smith@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal.
