Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold "As Is, Where Is". No refunds. Removal hours are from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. We will box, pack and ship item(s) through USPS if buyer provides a prepaid shipping label and pays a handling fee ($20 per container).
