The winning bidder will get a receipt, which they will need to pick up the item in Grand Rapids. A title will be provided with licensed road equipment in Grand Rapids. The winning bidder is responsible for registering the equipment with the Department of Public Safety - Driver and Vehicle Services and obtaining plates or a 21-day permit before legally driving it.
