This auction is for the building structure only. Buyer is solely responsible for dismantling, loading, hauling, and removing the entire structure and all contents from the property. Removal Requirements * Buyer must remove the entire structure, all contents inside the building, and all associated materials and debris. * Removal must be completed no later than July 20, 2026. * Buyer must provide all labor, equipment, tools, permits, and transportation necessary for removal. * Care must be taken to avoid damage to the property, surrounding areas, utilities, and improvements. * Any damage caused during removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. * Upon completion, the site must be left clean and free of debris.
