Overview (1) Caterpillar 365KW generator. The generator is classified in repairable condition. The unit is currently non-operational due to a bad controller and damaged batteries. The generator may have additional physical and mechanical defects that are unknown at this time. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The unit is currently non-operational due to a bad controller and damaged batteries. The generator may have additional physical and mechanical defects that are unknown at this time. No guarantee is provided regarding functionality or completeness. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation arrangements, including providing a suitable chassis, trailer, or flatbed capable of safely loading and transporting the generator. On-site assistance with machinery may be available to facilitate loading; however, all logistics, equipment, and coordination required for transportation must be arranged by the buyer. Viewing and pickup are by appointment only, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please allow at least 48 hours' notice to coordinate access with security.
