The items are used and may contain defects that are not immediately detectable. It is offered for sale “As Is, Where Is.” We make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. To schedule removal of a won items, contact Antonio Wilcox at 410-545-2824 or aeilcox@mdot.maryland.gov. You must call at least twenty‑four hours in advance before pickup. When picking up, you must have your own equipment and help, we have no equipment for you to use upon removal of the items. We do not pack, ship or place a personal label on a shipment. You are responsible for packing, loading and removal of 100% of won property.
