We have 4 Dell Computers (Models: 3060, 9020, 7090, Unknown). Appears damaged and missing pieces, makes noise when shaking, some may have a loose piece rolling inside. All hard drives have been removed. These items are untested, working condition is entirely unknown. Missing parts and pieces likely. Defects unknown. No cords or accessories included. Likely needs repairs and replacement parts. For cannibalization/parts/scrap. Some dents, scraps, scruff marks. Handled numerous times. By placing a bid, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. All items are used and sold "As-Is, Where-Is." May contain additional underlying defects unbeknownst to the seller. A physical inspection is strongly advised to determine actual condition. NO SHIPPING & HANDLING. All bids placed is acceptance of condition, whether or not a physical inspection has been performed. All sales final. No refunds. No loading assistance. Please note the UNM’s Pre-Sale Disclosure Statement attached below. PICKUP AND REMOVAL: ALL PICKUPS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. At the buyer's own expense, the buyer is ENTIRELY responsible for organizing, dismantling, loading all items or disposing of items not suiting their needs. Items must be paid for within 5 business days and picked up in 10 business days, failing to do so, we may reauction or dispose of items without refunds, apply a $35 dollar per day storage fee. Buyers not prepared, willing to take all bided items or failure to make payment will result in a default, a locked account, blocked from future auctions and assessed a fee equal to 40% of your winning bid amount. Bring to University Services (located at 1128 UNIVERSITY BLVD. NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87102) the following: 1. Winning Certificate/notice 2. Paid Receipt (if paying by wire, please confirm payment has been received by UNM before arrival) 3. Personal identification (such as a driver’s license) 4. At buyers’ own expense, bring proper transportation, personnel, tools, moving equipment, own crane/forklift and supplies. UNM/sender is not responsible or liable for data breaches, any injuries, fees/costs, lost, discarded, damaged or broken auction items that may occur during use/removal/shipment/transport. Third-Party Removal: To authorize a representative to pick up items on your behalf, inform us from your registered GovDeals/LS account email to request a Third-Party Release Form.
