Overview This lot contains (4) pieces of Medical Equipment including (2) 2014 Vmax Encore Spirometers, (1) 2019 Epson PP-100II Discproducer with dedicated computer system, and (1) 2018 Healthmark 621MG Heat Sealer. The lot is classified in used condition. The spirometers show physical separation and are missing cords and attachments, while the disc producer and heat sealer are reported to be in operational condition. Key Features Vmax Encore Spirometers are designed for pulmonary function testing. Epson PP-100II Discproducer includes integrated disc writing and printing capabilities. Healthmark 621MG Heat Sealer provides medical packaging sealing functionality. Discproducer includes a bundled dedicated computer system for operation. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. One spirometer shows visible separation between the front panel and main body unit. Both spirometers are missing power cords and attachments. The Epson Discproducer powers on, completes self-checks, and performs disc writing and printing functions. The Healthmark Heat Sealer powers on, heats properly, and performs sealing functions. The heat sealer shows minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Inspection of property is highly recommended. Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection. The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to christopher.n.smith@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal.
